Purchased
goods may be returned for the following reasons for a replacement or a full
refund. No other reason will be considered.
1) If you have chosen the wrong size and want the item
replacing. Once you have returned and we have received the wrongly sized item
we will send you a different size of the original item of your choice.
2) If the goods are damaged in any way unless you have signed for them from the
courier as being in good order/condition.
3) The goods are not suitable for their intended purpose and you notify and
return them to us within three working days. A full refund will be given minus
the original postage cost.
The customer is responsible for all
return postage costs which must be posted by first class recorded delivery to

returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving them.
Lost Items
If an item is lost during the delivery process we will track the lost item on
your behalf. After seven days have passed if the item has still not been traced
we will replace the item after this period.
The above policies are an extension to your statutory rights.
