Stock/Goods

We only use official suppliers/brands for all the products on our sites. These products are grade one goods sourced from the country of origin.

• We do not purchase goods on the grey market
• We do not have people bringing items in for us in suitcases having been on holiday
• We do not sell copied goods

All our products come with a genuine guarantee from the manufacturers/suppliers. We will replace any items that are faulty due to the manufacturing process

Stock Availability

The goods we supply come from their country of origins via sea and air in containers. We carry a vast quantity of stock readily available for our customers but on occasion we may run out of a certain item in a certain size until the next shipment. If this happens we will do one of the following.

• Offer you an alternative product,
• Put your chosen item on back order or
• offer you a refund.

If we are out of stock of an item, it is highly unlikely the product would be available anywhere else in the UK at the same price with the same guarantee and the same quality. We aim to have the products that are out of stock available within a 4 week window for delivery to our customers
